Thank you for supporting Pink Bow Clay Co. Every piece is handmade with love, and we want you to enjoy your purchase. Because our products are crafted by hand, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at pinkbowclayco@gmail.com

To process a claim, include your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging.

If approved, we will gladly replace the item (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Workshop & Event Registrations

Registrations for Clay & Play workshops or other events are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person.
4. Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

Lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
