All items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise noted.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or large sales, processing may take longer.
2. Flat Rate Shipping (U.S.)

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all U.S. orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time (as advertised on the Site).
3. Delivery Times

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping is not currently offered but may be available upon request—please contact us before placing your order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pink Bow Clay Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
